The letter L

**our 100th day celebration is tomorrow!

Dear Mom and Dad:

We worked on the L sound today and practiced printing the letter L. I need to remember to always start at the TOP when printing my numbers and letters. Ask me to tell you what the guided drawing was today!

Question of the day: what do the spots on ladybugs mean? (We learned that it doesn't mean how old they are)

Love,

Kindergarten

Housekeeping:

Please look at our important dates section in the left hand corner.

We will be celebrating our 100thday of kindergarten Tomorrow Thursday February 18!! To celebrate this special day we would like to ask:

1)   Please bring one small zip lock bag of 100 things. The items should all be able to fit in one small size zip lock bag. For example, 100 smarties, 100 small pebbles, 100 beans, 100 goldfish, 100 stickers, 100 paperclips etc. Please note that the items may not be returned. We will be doing some math with the items.

2)   On Thursday, we are inviting students to dress up as if they were 100 years old! Please do not go out and buy anything. There are lots of ideas on the Internet. Here are some ideas:
