The Bird Sanctuary

A HUGE thank you to all of our parent volunteers that came with us on our first field trip! You are all amazing!

What an amazing time we had at the bird sanctuary! We learned lots about owls and ladybugs.

Question of the day: post on the blog one thing you learned about owls and one thing about ladybugs.

  1. Owls have fluff on their wings to help them glide silently. Ladybugs wings are very delicate. Fiona

  4. I learned that owls fly silent because they have eyelash wings.I also learned that ladybugs are different colours and some do not have spots. -Caroline
