Dear Mom and Dad:
Exciting things are happening in kindergarten! We set up a
camera in front of the tank that takes a photo of the tank every 20 seconds.
After about 4 hours of snap taking photos, we looked at all the photos as a
time lapse. Ask me to tell you what is happening in the tank.
AM class had guest teachers this morning. We continue to
work on community building skills during this time. Ask me to tell you what
kinds of activity we did.
PM class drew in our visual journals a caterpillar and then
labeled the parts. We learned how to write a title at the top of the page and
how to label a diagram.
Question of the day: What are the three different parts of
an insect?
Please keep your home reading books for 3-4 days. You can
read the book once a day and then try reading it again the next day.
Love,
Kindergarten
